All charters require a minimum deposit of 50% to secure.  Coastal Atlantic Striper Hunters LLC  must  received a deposit within 14 days of the charter date.  If  a deposit is not received within this time, the charter date will be canceled.  Deposits are non-refundable unless Coastal Atlantic Striper Hunters LLC is notified of a cancellation at least 7 days prior to the charter.  If a charter must be canceled after 7 days, it  may be rebooked.  The remainder of any balance due is required on the day of the charter  prior to sailing; CASH OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY

Coastal Atlantic Striper Hunters LLC will give it's customers as much notice as possible for canceling a charter due to conditions such as bad weather or mechanical failure, however, the captain may cancel or modify a charter due to any unforeseen condition or event that arises at the dock or during the charter.  If  Coastal Atlantic Striper Hunters LLC finds it  necessary to cancel a charter on the sailing day, the charter can be rebooked or if  not possible, will be refunded in full.
